ok u know i got heat rash these past few days.
so i went to the pharmacy to get some lotion to ease the itchiness rite
then LOL when i went in the cashier looked at me . so i thought LOL he could prescribe like i duno.
some lotion or something for heat rash. so i asked him. Do u have any creams for heat rash?
THEN LOL WTH end up he was like.. huh? oh you should ask the pharmacists over there..

ugh. ok anyway THEN.
so this woman recommended me this cream. and she wanted to recommend some tablets too?
LOL i dint buy the tablets. but i bought the cream.
so basically its this cream that leaves a white tinge of... CREAM"??? uh after u apply it on ur skin.
omg so retarded and it smells like acrylic paint.
anyway its super thick.
so after i used it. THE itch stopped .
ok good.
so i continued to use it the next day, and went for exam (which was today)
ok i wore a long sleeved shirt and jeans. LOL ya whatever ok. fine it was damn warm in the afternoon. BUT in the morning it was cool......
SO ANYWAY after lunch i went back home and bathed straight away.
sick. the stupid rash sort of......spread a bit around the arm?!?!?!
sianded. zzzz so since im quite free now. and i know i really needa stay out of the sun and in a cool place?
preferably with airconditioning......?
Ya. i decided to search for treatments for heat rash.
and guess what!
the net said stuff like.

the ingredients portion dint mention any of those names?
it read:

then im like. HUH?! wait wait. and so i went to calmoseptineointment.com and guess what
under the Uses column. they dint state heat rash...........
but they had gross stuff like :

they were.. obviously. not the same...........
apparently for heat rash. i shouldnt put any thing that blocks the pore or moisturizes the skin....................
AND THE FREAKING. stupid cream says on the front : Protective Moisture Barrier.
